Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this fellowship program, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:

  • This fellowship opportunity is open to students registered full-time in the first year of a doctoral program in the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Application Procedure:

All interested students are expected to meet with the below guideline/procedure before they can be enlisted for this fellowship program.

  • Applicants will be required to take admission in the doctoral degree program at the university.
  • Official transcripts should be sent directly from all post-secondary institutions you attended. This information should be sent to the faculty of graduate studies.
  • Applicant must be intelligent with a previous degree certificate showing excellent results.  
  • In the case of this fellowship, if your first language isn’t English, you will have to fulfil the language proficiency test requirements. Acceptable documents include:  
  • Internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  • Paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  • Michigan English Language Assessment Battery (MELAB) examination
  • Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL)
  • International English Language Test System
  • Pearson Test of English (Academic)
