This program is designed to allow specific talented students from EU and Non EU countries participate in this scholarship program. This scholarship awards over 5000 euros to students who are meant to pay for their statutory tuition fee and over 17500 euro to students who have to pay for their institutional tuition fee. Interested applicants for this scholarship program are expected to provide proof of excellent academic result, societal engagement and career vision.

Only selected international students from EU and NON-EU countries will be allowed to participate in this program. Countries such as Azerbaijan, Columbia, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Bangladesh, Romania, Taiwan and Germany are also allowed to participate in this program.
Eligibility Criteria for Netherlands First Talent Scholarship Award Program
Only students who are able to meet with the below eligibility criteria are expected to apply for this scholarship program:
- International students are expected to apply and qualify for a visa permit
- Applicant must seek admission to study at Utrecht university
- Submission of NT2 for programs that will be taught in Dutch
- Academic Transcripts from past studies
- Applicants will be required to provide references from reputable individuals or institutions.
- Applicant must have been offered provisional admission to undergo a course at the university
- Applicant must be qualified to partake in a master’s degree program
- Applicant must show leadership quality
- Applicant must have an outstanding result from previous studies.
- TOEFL score of 100
- IELTS Score of 7
